Oscar and his crew recently painted our house in East Sacramento - we are thrilled with the end result.

From the start, Oscar was extremely thorough - we wanted dry rot repairs done prior to the painting, and unlike the other bidders who only estimated how much dry rot they believed might be there, Oscar took out his ladder and tested all the wood trim on the exterior of the house (windows, gables, etc), then was able to bid exactly how much the project would cost, while the other painters only gave estimates that were subject to the carpenter finding more dry rot.

His team did a great job and the house looks great. The price was reasonable and we will definitely work with Oscar again.

Oscar and his team delivered before schedule completion and did the most detailed and professional exterior paint job I've ever scene. I was a licensed building contractor before retirement and I'm very particular about details. This company's attention to detail was so above and beyond even our neighbors notice and commented. Oscar, Diego and crew did a wonderful job! We had a bit a trouble with the original color (it was home depots error), but A 4 painting plus helped us make it right. The stairs look great. Very good work and friendly people to work with. Highly recommend.

Oscar is a blessing in disguise! We reached out to Oscar to fix a wall split and he came out the same day to take a look. He banged it back to its place and fixed it up to make it look like nothing happened. He wasn't even going to charge us for the work because it was so simple! His crew was very professional and did a fantastic job masking off the area of work. I am very pleased with The overall project it looks fantastic and I would definitely recommend A4 painting plus. We are selling our house so put out an interior paint quote request for about 5 companies through Yelp! Oscar was the 1st to respond, the 1st to make an appointment on the same day & the only one who advised me not to paint the interior of our house. Instead of painting, he suggested cleaning the walls, doors,etc & do touch up painting. Most new owners are going to paint the house in colors they want. If we chose to do major touch-ups, he offered to help us rent the necessary equipment and hire some of his staff to do the painting. Oscar was the most thorough of all the other companies contacted. If I were to stay in this house, I would only hire Oscar! There are not enough adjectives to describe this awesome business man.

Oscar and his team at A 4 did an excellent job painting the full interior of my rental property in Woodland. Knowing I needed a fast turnaround on the job and he even gave me a call back when he had an appointment cancellation in the area to take a look at the property right away and provide an estimate. The price was very good, the turnaround time was even better, and he even did a second coat in spots that he thought could use it. The paint job is so great it makes me want to move into the place myself now! This was a very smooth and hassle-free experience. I am programming him permanently into my phone since I am definitely calling him again when I needed painting work done in the future and recommending him to my property manager.

Recently bought a house and decided to paint it prior to moving in. We contacted 5 companies for a quote and let them know that we were trying to get it done ASAP so we could move in. Oscar replied back very quickly and set up an appointment to give us an estimate as well as draw up a contract if we decided to go with his team. We liked the customer service from him as most of the others took their time responding. He made solid recommendations and even moved some of his teams around to make sure to get us done in the time frame we were looking for. His team came and pre-capped the work of what was to be completed based off the contract. They were very fast and very skilled. The team even made sure to communicate any errors the previous owners had with their paint and gave me options as to how I want it fixed. I am happy to recommend A4 for the excellent job they did painting our house. We signed the contract before Covid, and Oscar was completely flexible to postpone until we were comfortable. For us trust in contractors is huge and Oscar won us over during bidding because of his expertise (even giving advise on a related balcony rebuild project that we weren't intending to give to them, but we did). We're in Santa Clara county, no problems with the guys coming down from Sac . Would use them again.
